Cardio Kickboxing will give you the results you've always wanted, while you learn to defend yourself. From shoulders to calves, you will become lean and strong. It's a complete body muscle toning workout.  It's cardio, while building a positive self-image, increasing your self-confidence and reducing your stress level.  Cardio Kickboxing literally works your body (tone), your heart (cardio) and your mind (confidence).


What is Cardio-Kickboxing?
Cardio-Kickboxing is a cardiovascular workout performed to music, and is a mixture of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. Movements in Cardio-Kickbox include kicks and punches as well as other exercises.  While competitive kickboxing involves physical contact with an opponent, Cardio-Kickbox does not.  Our program is designed to help average people achieve a fit, healthy body and clear mind.  Although it is very popular with the ladies, guys can do it too. During Franklin Martial Arts' Cardio-Kickbox classes, you can take water breaks whenever you’d like and students are encouraged to work at their own comfortable pace.

Yes, it's true. Cardio Kickboxing classes are for everyone, from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. You are encouraged to go at your own pace.  Even if you are in good shape and participate in cross training programs, take it easy until your body adapts to a new type of exercise. You can stop at anytime to take a break or refresh yourself with a drink of water. You will feel very comfortable in class.
